I use a Person Centred Approach in my supervision work. My priority is to work towards creating a relationship in which the supervisee feels valued, respected and safe enough to explore their work openly without fear of judgement. I work to support my supervisees in finding their personal way of being with clients.
In 2005 I completed a Diploma in Case Work Supervision at PCCS Training in Manchester.
Since then I have offered individual and group supervision to counsellors and others in helping professions. This has included working as a Supervisor for a Young People’s Counselling Service and a service offering counselling to adults who have experienced sexual abuse.
I offer a free initial meeting to any potential supervisees. Please contact me if you would like to talk about supervision.
I also offer supervision via telephone or Skype.
I am a BACP Accredited Supervisor.
